Before the customers place the order for wheel diamond cut machine, they usually will ask a question: what is your payment term for wheel diamond cut machine?
Usually we will accept TT before shipment, like 30% by deposit, and the balance to be paid before shipment. For our cooperated customers, the ratio of deposit may differ, but normally there will have some deposit paid first so we can make the production arrangement.
And once the deposit has been received, we will make the production arrangement immediately. It will take around 7~15 days to finish the production. When the wheel diamond cut machine is ready, we will inform our customers and they pay the balance payment.
Sometimes the payment will be received within 2 days, and if the shipping date is tight, we will suggest our customers pay the money in advance.
Today one of my customers from India asks me to accept the payment terms of L/C 90 days. This will not be available at present.
And one of my customers from USA asked me if we can supply a financing several weeks ago, and this will also not be available at present.
Because we don’t want to take any risk, and the funds in time will also keep our factory working well, so we can continue supplying great quality of machine to our customers.
And we’d like to put all our focus to a better wheel diamond cut machine to the market, instead of getting distracted by other things.
